Chapplins of Liss was established in 2010 by William Newell, following on from the then Bordon office which he also helped to establish in 1996. William specifically wanted to create a branch which could not only cater for local properties, but one which was distinctively part of the local village community in this area. The office is located adjacent to the mainline train station serving London. This is a great location as the branch’s position ensures an enhanced footfall as commuters pass on the way to and from work. The office caters for all your property needs whether you are buying, selling or letting property in Liss and nearby towns.

After 10 enjoyable years of running the busy Liss office, William sadly passed away suddenly in July 2021 after a short but aggressive illness. The reins of running the business have now been passed to Williams son, Ashley Newell, who has led the Chapplins Lettings operation since 2017. Our Sales Director, Tom Garrad, steers the Sales department alongside our Sales Manager, Peter Turton, and the rest of the team.
