A Family Run Business

Our Havant branch first opened its doors in 1996 and quickly became the towns leading Independent Estate Agency. The office is situated on a busy corner at the entrance to Havant Town Centre and has a large daily foot fall as it is located between an indoor shopping center, the bus station and the mainline railway station.

Whether you are looking to sell or buy, we cater our service for everyone's needs and pride ourselves on delivering a bespoke service to each of our clients. We know that all properties, just like their owners, are individual.

Our town centre office has a private office available for customers needing to discuss matters in more privacy. We also have our own in house mortgage advisor, Wendy Gawn, who has worked with us for over 25 years, so you can be sure of excellent advice and a friendly face.

Out lettings team is headed up by the Director, Ashley Newell. Ashley oversees the all of the lettings operations across the Chapplins group.
