Julian Vince

Hugely knowledgeable about the Uckfield market, Julian has been selling property in the area since 1985. In 2005 he started his own agency, Dixon Vince. Julian secured the best office location in Uckfield and quickly became a leading independent agent in the town. A friendly rivalry with Taylor Tofts their main competition in Uckfield soon developed into a firm friendship which resulted in a merger of the two forces in 2019. Julian thrives when he is negotiating a great price for his clients. Honesty and integrity shine through in his work and clients return to him time and again, valuing his expertise and commitment to their sale. In his spare time Julian enjoys swimming, walking Saffy the Staffy and eating out. He makes an annual pilgrimage to Le Mans with friends to experience the 24 hour race, up close and personal. He also loves to grow his own salad and veg at his allotment, admitting that the wildlife dine out on his produce more than he does!
