Ashley Newell

After many years in the formula 1 automotive industry, Ashley decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and joined Chapplins in 2015. Under the watchful eyes of Andrew Stroud and William Newell (his father), Ashley learned from the best and became our Lettings Director. Ashley completed the refurbishment of our now lettings branch in Liss in early 2022, just next door to our Sales office where his sister Anna is based. Ashley is a driven character with a strong focus on growing the Chapplins Lettings portfolio. As a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Ashley offers firm advice to all of our landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth and compliant management of their properties. Outside of work, Ashley is a keen mountain biker taking on many international challenges and events. He also enjoys skiing and generally is a magnet to extreme challenge.
