Jordan Faulkner

Jordan joined Balmforth in 2018 and was a member of our rentals team based at our Lords Walk office. Jordan processed rental leads, carried out viewings, negotiated with tenants and landlords as well as processing the initial application. In addition, he carried out the base inspections and prepared inventories. In the Autumn of 2024, Jordan moved over to our sales team as a Sales Negotiator. He is now responsible for the carrying out of viewings, sales negotiations and the listing take on process. Jordan’s experience in the property sector, along with his calm and professional manner, makes an immediate impact with our clients.
