NEIL PARSONS – CHAIRMAN

Originally an engineer, Neil has over 30 years’ experience in estate agency. He established Parsons & Sons in Dereham, Norfolk, in 1995, adding a second office, in Reepham, in 2009. Neil took his firm into Anglia Team in 1999, became consortium chairman in 2002, and served on the national Marketing Committee for a number of years before being elected Chairman of Team Association in 2007.

PHIL IRVING – FINANCE DIRECTOR

After a number of years in legal practice, Phil moved into estate agency in 1983, opening Irving & Sons in Verwood, Dorset 2 years later. A former Chairman of Team’s Wessex consortium, he has served as the Association’s Finance Director since 1999. Phil is also Managing Director of Team Property Services – the Association’s joint venture with MyHomeMove.

KERRY APPLIN – IT DIRECTOR

Kerry has to date spent some 22 years working in estate agency across Sussex and Hampshire. He opened his own office, Chapplins in Havant, in 1996, taking it into Team as one of the founder members of the South Hants consortium in 2000. After a spell on the national Marketing Committee, he joined the Software Development Committee in 2003 and was appointed IT Director in 2010.

CLIVE BRYANT – MARKETING DIRECTOR

Clive, of Chapplins in Fareham, Hampshire, has worked in the property business locally for over 25 years. He set up his own agency in 2000, and runs it with his wife Beverley. A member of Team for over 10 years, he has also been Chairman of the Association’s South Hampshire consortium for a good number of years.
