St Austell offers relaxing Cornish life

Cornwall's town of St Austell could appeal to those hoping to make a move to the South West region.

Located close to the famous Cornish coast, St Austell has plenty to offer and had developed into a major hub in recent years.

As well as a weekly farmers market, St Austell also has a number of locally-produced goods, including, of course, Cornish pasties and ales.

There are plenty of fun days out - ideal during the long summer school holidays. The nearby Eden Project remains one of the most popular tourist attractions in the region and it offers special reduced rates for those who are lucky enough to live in the area with a special local pass system.

Other potential day trip destinations for those looking for property for sale in St Austell include the nearby clay mines, as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are also the numerous beaches in the region to explore and relax on.

For those with children, then there is some education options, with two secondary schools in addition to a number of primary schools and nurseries. ADNFCR-1222-ID-801838422-ADNFCR
