Property availability to increase in Yorkshire

The number of properties for sale in Yorkshire is to increase thanks
to a new development.
Planning permission for a project involving the creation of 325
homes has been granted by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, the
BBC reports.
Set to be built off Holme Road in Market Weighton, the centre will
add to the county's housing stock.
One thing that may encourage prospective buyers to consider an
abode in the location is the fact that a health centre will be
constructed as part of the scheme.
Councillor Stephen King stated his belief that the area is in need
of revamped facilities.
He added: "The town has grown enormously since I have been here,
for 25 or 30 years. I think the population deserve a modern health
centre."
Earlier this month, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
noted that property supply in the UK is rising.
It revealed that last month was the second in a row in which the
number of residences coming on to the market outpaced the number of
new buyer enquiries.
